Overview

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has received an application to develop Lot 37 on Plan 413758 Selby Street, Nedlands in the Montario Quarter.

The application proposes an eight-storey mixed use development, incorporating 15 retail and commercial tenancies and 157 residential apartments.

The subject land for the development application is located in the Shenton Park Hospital Redevelopment Improvement Scheme area (Improvement Scheme).

The WAPC is inviting public comment on the application in accordance with the Improvement Scheme. 

Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the WAPC in writing on or before 12pm, 2 January 2019.

What Happens Next

The Commission intends to determine this application within 90 days from the date of lodgement.
