  1. Terms of Use
    1. The information submitted on this site is managed by the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (the Department) or their appointed consultants throughout the consultation process. This site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under the Department’s control.
    2. Your use of this site is deemed to be your acceptance of these Terms of Use.
  2. One submission per consultation
    1. You may only provide one submission per consultation.  If you submit a second or further submission for the same consultation, the last submission you submit before the relevant deadline will be deemed to be your only valid submission, and all previous submissions will be disregarded.
  3. Privacy and confidentiality
    1. Where you are asked for personal information via the online consultation form, this information will only be used for the purpose of conducting the consultation exercise and will not be used for any other purpose without your permission. On individual consultations, you may be offered the option to keep your response confidential. If your submission is published online, you will be given the option of withholding your name. Your other personal details e.g. phone number, email or  address will never be published, unless you submit those details as part of response publishing.
    2. No personally identifiable information is stored within cookies used by this website.
    3. No attempt will be made to identify anonymous users unless the Department or the Government of Western Australia is compelled to do so, such as in the event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the Service Provider’s stored data.
  4. Lawful purpose
    1. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of this site, by any third party. 
    2. You must not post or transmit via this site any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or scandalous material, or any material that constitutes or encourages conduct that would contravene any Western Australian or Commonwealth law.

    1. This online response site is being hosted by an external company (Delib) on behalf of the Department. The Department works to maintain the accuracy of the information on this site but cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur from use of the information.
    2. The material on this website may include the views or recommendations of third parties and does not necessarily reflect the views of the Department or the Government of Western Australia or indicate a commitment to a particular course of action.
