Draft Improvement Scheme - Ellenbrook Station Precinct, The Parkway, Ellenbrook

Overview

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) recently sought public comment on the draft Ellenbrook Station Precinct Improvement Scheme (Improvement Scheme).

The Improvement Scheme was advertised for a period of 90 days, commencing on the 22 December 2023 and closing on the 21 March 2024. 

The purpose of the Improvement Scheme is to establish the statutory planning requirements to guide co-ordinated development and subdivision of the Scheme Area.

The Improvement Scheme will replace the Metropolitan Region Scheme and City of Swan Local Planning Scheme No. 17 as the statutory land use planning instrument over the area.
