Overview

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on a proposal for construction of a single house, swimming pool and cabana, shed/workshop and retaining walls in the Swan Valley planning area. 

The proposal applies to Lot 64 Caversham Avenue, Caversham. 

The proposal comprises of:

  • Construction of a new single storey house of 367m2
  • Installation of a swimming pool 
  • Construction of a pool cabana
  • Construction of a 242m2 shed/workshop
  • Construction of retaining walls. 

The application proposes variations to the front, side, and rear setback requirements of the Priority Agriculture zone as well as a variation to the maximum floor area of 200m 2 for an individual outbuilding under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme.
