The development application will be determined by the Commission in accordance with section 116 of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
Development Application Details
The development application proposes the construction of an elevated rail bridge (Viaduct) between:
- Mint Street and Biggs Street in the Town of Victoria Park
- Mills Street and Gibbs Street in the City of Canning
Proposed stations and landscaping will be included as part of future development applications.
