Comments on development exemptions must be submitted using Survey 2 to be considered by the Western Australian Planning Commission.

Under the proposed registration system, providers of short-term rental accommodation within Western Australia would be required to register their property to operate and advertise, including on online booking platforms.

Comments provided here will be forwarded to the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries for their consideration.
