Malaga Station development application
Overview
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking comment on a development application from the MELconnx relating to the construction of the proposed Malaga Station.
The development application will be determined by the WAPC in accordance with section 116 of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
It proposes the construction of:
- a new Station building;
- a new bus interchange;
- new pedestrian and cyclist facilities;
- a dedicated passenger drop off area and a park and ride facility with approximately 1100 bays;
- high quality landscaping; and
- public art.
