Draft Mandogalup Improvement Scheme No.1

Overview

A draft Improvement Scheme has been prepared for the Mandogalup Improvement Plan 47 area, informed by technical investigations and a preferred land use scenario. 

The Improvement Scheme Text and Scheme Map will replace the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Local Planning Scheme as the statutory land use planning instrument over the area.

The Improvement Scheme Report, Concept Plan and Technical Reports provide the context and explanatory commentary to the draft Scheme.

Submissions close 22 April 2024.

What happens next

The WAPC will consider all submissions made regarding the improvement scheme, and assess whether the scheme should be modified. The WAPC will prepare a schedule of submissions and provide recommendations on each submission, for presentation to the Minister.
