Metropolitan Region Scheme amendment 1405/57 – South Mandogalup Urban Precinct

Overview

The amendment proposes to rezone approximately 27.8 ha of land in the Mandogalup locality from the Rural zone to the Urban zone under the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS).  The amendment will allow for the residential development of the subject land, following a local scheme amendment, structure planning and subdivision approval.

The WAPC certifies that, in its opinion, the proposed amendment does not constitute a substantial alteration to the MRS.
