The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on a proposal to construct a shed and workshop in the Swan Valley planning area.

The proposal comprises:

  • A new 150m2 (10m x 15m) shed for storage.
  • A workshop.

The subject site is located in the Priority Agriculture zone and under Schedule 5 the application proposes a variation to setback requirements.
