Overview

The applications proposes the following:

• Construction of a 130 square metre shed (13m x 10m) and a 13m x 3m unenclosed lean-to addition located at the front of the shed. The shed will be serviced by 3 roller doors and a standard pedestrian door.
• The shed will be set back 1m in lieu of the permitted 15m to the northern side lot boundary and 1m in lieu of the permitted 15m to the rear lot boundary.
