Metropolitan Region Scheme Minor Amendment 1407/57 Hamilton Street, Cannington

Overview

The amendment proposes to transfer approximately 3,800 m2 of land from Other Regional Roads (ORR) reservation to the Urban zone in the MRS. The proposed Urban zoning will facilitate planning of surplus ORR land for other purposes.

The Western Australian Planning Commission certifies that, in its opinion, the proposed amendment does not constitute a substantial alteration to the MRS.
