Overview

The application proposes the following:

• Construction of a 150m2 pavilion (25 metres x 6 metres plus a 1.8 metre wide, 45m2 veranda) to the north of the existing dwelling;
• The pavilion includes a kitchen, gym, two bathrooms and a store room;
• Construction of a hardstand tennis court to the east of the proposed pavilion building;
• Construction of retaining walls adjacent to the pavilion and tennis court measuring up to 4.54 metres in height above the natural ground level; and
• Construction of cyclone fencing to the perimeter of the proposed tennis court.
