Overview

The proposal seeks approval for the following:

• An unauthorised free-standing hoarding sign located at the front of Lot 4 (No. 1007) Great Northern Highway Millendon adjacent to Great Northern Highway. The sign has a total height of 3.2m (inclusive of a 1.2m ground clearance) and a width of 6m.
• The sign serves as a directional sign for the nearby Baskerville Tavern located at 152 Haddrill Road Baskerville and advertises the Balter beverage company.
• The signage is considered ‘third party signage’ as it is advertising a product/service that does not relate to the subject land.
