Swan Valley Development - Construction of a 200m2 shed and concrete apron

Overview

The proposal is for the following:

• Construction of a 200m2 (20 metre x 10 metre) colourbond shed in the north eastern portion of the subject lot;
• The proposed shed is located one metre from the northern lot boundary and one metre from the eastern lot boundary. The application seeks a variation to the minimum setback requirements for the Priority Agriculture zone under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1;
• The proposed shed includes a concrete apron along the western and southern sides of the shed.
