Overview

The Western Australian Planning Commission has received an application for development approval at Lot 21 (No. 268) Padbury Avenue Herne Hill.
The proposal is for the following:

  • Construction of a 12m x 24m (288m2) enclosed outbuilding with a 6m x 24m (144m2) lean to located at the rear of Lot 21 (No. 268) Padbury Avenue Herne Hill.
  • The outbuilding is set back 4 metres from the rear (southern) lot boundary in lieu of the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1 requirement of 15 metres.
