Overview

The application proposes the construction of:

• a new toilet block
• upgrade the on-site effluent disposal system (Proposed ATU system 1 x 24kL inlet buffer tank, 4 x CE6000 ATU systems, 1 x 19kL irrigation tank, and 12 x 21m flat bed leach drains) 
• increase the maximum capacity from 200 to 600 people associated with an approved ‘Restaurant/Brewery’ use on the site.
