Overview

The proposal is for a:

  • 360m2 agricultural outbuilding to support the existing vineyard operations;
  • 224m2 domestic outbuilding (stables) to support the keeping of horses; and,
  • ‘Rural Pursuit’ use for the keeping of four (4) horses.

The application proposes variations to the to the development requirements under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1 (SVPS 1) for the Swan Valley Rural zone as follows:

  • a combined domestic building footprint of 669m2 in lieu of the required 500m2; and,
  • a combined agricultural building footprint of 535m2 in lieu of the required 300m2.
