Overview

The application proposes the following:

  • The construction of a 96 square metre shed (12m x 8m) located at the rear of lot 113 (No. 17) Noack Road Upper Swan. The shed will be used for general storage purposes.
  • The shed is set back a distance 13 metres from the southern side lot boundary (abutting 37 Nolan Avenue Upper Swan) in lieu of the required 15 metres as prescribed in Schedule 5 of the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1.
  • The Shed is set back a distance of 3 metres in lieu of the required 15 metres to the rear lot boundary. (Abutting the railway reserve).
