Overview

The proposal is for the installation of five shade sail structures (one singular and two tandem) at Lot 101 Suffolk Street, Caversham.

The application proposes the following variations to the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1:

  • A setback variation to the southern rear lot boundary of 5.55m in lieu of the required 15m as measured to the edge of the proposed shade sail.
  • A variation to the eastern side lot boundary of 6.65m in lieu of the required 15m as measured to the edge of the proposed shade sail.
