Draft Amendment 1 to North Ellenbrook (West) District Structure Plan
Overview
Draft Amendment 1 provides a long-term vision for urban development in the City of Swan,covering some 163 hectares of land, to ultimately accommodate up to 7,500people.
The amendment facilitates planning investigations for the land, and will guide future land uses, coordination of major infrastructure, activity centres, regional open space distribution and the protection of environmental assets.
The amendment intends to deliver 2,200 to 2500 dwellings toaccommodate a future population of 6,600 to 7500 people
