Overview

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment regarding the approval of existing structures and the potential addition of new structures to an Equestrian Facility in the Swan Valley planning area.

The proposal is for Lot 21 (76) Albert Road, Middle Swan.

The property currently comprises of:

  • Office
  • Residential dwelling 
  • Day stables (x4)
  • Septic system (x2)
  • Stables

The proposed new structures include: 

  • Truck Shed
  • Indoor horse arena and training 
  • Preparation shed 
  • Open sided shed 

The subject site is divided into two zones under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1. These include the Equine Zone and Infrastructure and Administration Zone.
