Swan Valley Development - Proposed demolition of western portion of existing shed and construction of new shed, hardstand areas and ring road and upgrade of existing office and amenities building - Lots 2984 and 2985 (28) Harper Street, Caversham
Overview
The proposal is for the following:
- Demolition of the eastern portion of the existing shed;
- Construction of a 11,000m2 hardstand area, with a new shed to be constructed over as part of stage 2 of the development;
- Construction of a concrete apron to the north of the new hardstand area;
- Improvements to the existing western shed structure and construction of stockpile areas, erection of a crusher, hopper, silos and water tank;
- New ring road to provide access for trucks around the facility;
- Bin storage area to the southeast of the facility;
- Refurbishment of the existing office and amenities buildings;
- Provision of 15 on-site car parking bays;
- New landscaping between the buildings and Harper Street.
