Swan Valley Development, Proposed amendment of condition 3 of development approval for large scale events at Nikola Estate, Lot 105 No. 148 Dale Road, Middle Swan

Overview

The Western Australian Planning Commission has received an application to amend Condition 3 of the development approval to hold large scale events at Lot 105 (No.148) Dale Road, Middle Swan in the Swan Valley.

Condition 3 of the development approval for Nikola Estate restricts large scale concert events to between the hours of 14:00 and 22:30 on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The approval also limits the site to seven events per calendar year. This application seeks to amend Condition 3 to allow events to occur on weekdays, subject to the discretion of the WAPC, in consultation with the City of Swan. The limit of seven events per calendar year will remain.
