Overview
The proposal is for the following:
- Change of use of the existing shed on site to winery (cellar door sales) including associated works and an eight bay car park;
- The construction of a 231m2 shed for storage purposes measuring 21 metres x 11 metres.
- Establishment of a reception centre including a 15 metre x 20 metre concrete pad for the placement of a marquee to be erected for event purposes only. The reception centre will accommodate a maximum of 175 people and 8 staff members with car parking for 22 vehicles.
