The amendment application proposes extending by 24 months the substantial commencement period for the residential aged care facility approved by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) on 11 March 2021 (minutes of the meeting). No other changes to the approved development are proposed. Feedback will be provided to the WAPC for final determination.
