The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) plan number 3.2752 and is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.

Overview

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on a proposal to amend the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) for land in the City of Swan.

The amendment proposes to transfer approximately 23.89 hectares of land in Bushmead from the Public Purposes - Commonwealth Government reservation to the Urban and Urban Deferred zones in the MRS.

The WAPC certifies that, in its opinion, the proposed amendment does not constitute a substantial alteration to the MRS.
