The Western Australian Planning Commission is seeking public comment on a development application from Home Fire Creative Industries Pty Ltd for works associated with the construction of the proposed screen production facility at a site off Marshall Road, south of Whiteman Park.

The development application proposes to deliver four sound stages with associated annex buildings, workshops with lock up and an administrative building to enable the production of film, television and screen projects.
