Overview

The application proposes the demolition of the existing dwelling and outbuildings and the construction of a new single storey house at Lot 21 (#46) Lefroy Avenue, Herne Hill. 

This application proposes:

• Side setbacks of 4.4m and 4.3m on each side respectively, which is a variation to the side setback requirement of 15m; and
• Site coverage of 1,078m² which exceeds the 20% site coverage requirement,

for the Swan Valley Rural zone, under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No.1.
