The Western Australian Planning Commission has received an application to develop land at Montario Quarter - Lot 12 on Plan 415558, Sadka Lane, Nedlands. 

The proposal is for a three level residential development incorporating 12 grouped dwellings.

Why your views matter

The subject land for the development application is located in the Shenton Park Hospital Redevelopment Improvement Scheme area (Improvement Scheme).

The WAPC is inviting public comment on the application in accordance with the Improvement Scheme. 

Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the WAPC in writing on or before the 30 August 2019.
