Overview

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on a proposed storage container  in the Swan Valley planning area. 

The change applies to Lot 34 West Swan Road, Caversham.

The proposal comprises of:

  • The installation of a storage container located next to Caversham Hall at Lot 34 West Swan Avenue, Caversham.
  • The container will be 6.096m in length, 2.43m in width and 2.6m in height. 
  • The Swan Woodturners Association will use Caversham Hall for ongoing meetings. The proposed storage container will be used for the storage of wood turning equipment used by the Swan Woodturners Association.
  • Comment is sought from affected adjoining landowners
