Overview

The proposal is for the following:

• Demolition of existing house and all existing structures;
• Construction of a new single storey house of 846m2;
• Installation of a swimming pool;
• Construction of a basketball court;
• Construction of a stable block of 469m2 which will include four horse stables, wash down area, a feed and tack room;
• The keeping of four horses for private use;
• Construction of a water 375,000 litre water tank
• Construction of a new front fence and gate along the Dalgety Road frontage.
