Overview

The application proposes the following:

• Construction of a new 652m2 (32 metre x 20 metre) shed for storage purposes;
• Construction of a covered, elevated viewing platform to the west of the existing horse arena;
• Construction of a new purpose-built tack room and storage area to the east of the existing horse arena;
• Demolition of old outbuildings, horse shelters and yards.
