Amended North Stoneville Structure Plan 34

Overview

The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage, on behalf of the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC), has received an amended North Stoneville Structure Plan in accordance with State Administrative Tribunal Orders made on 4 November 2022. The amended structure plan proposes a new townsite within the Perth Hills, providing for approximately 1,000 new dwellings and associated amenities, including recreation and conservation open space areas, and roads and services infrastructure over an approximate area of 535 hectares.

On 23 March 2023, the Applicant's consultant team provided the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage an addendum to the amended structure plan to confirm inadvertent errors.
