Draft Sorrento Precinct Structure Plan and Development Application

This consultation has closed. More information about the draft Sorrento Precinct Structure Plan and Development Application can be found on the DPLH website. 

The purpose of the draft Sorrento Precinct Structure Plan is to replace the existing Sorrento Activity Centre Plan to facilitate the future redevelopment of the Structure Plan area for a mix of commercial and residential purposes. 
The Development Application includes 75 Apartments, a Restaurant, Café and Liquor Store (Small).

The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage and the City of Joondalup are undertaking joint consultation on both the draft Sorrento Precinct Structure Plan and the Development Application to streamline the process and avoid unnecessary duplication.
