Montario Quarter Lot 38 Development Application

Overview

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has received an application to develop Lot 38 on Plan 413758 Thorburn Way, Nedlands in the Montario Quarter.

The application proposes adaptive reuse of heritage listed Victoria House, including commercial and retail uses and 81 residential apartments.

Why We Are Consulting

The subject land for the development application is located in the Shenton Park Hospital Redevelopment Improvement Scheme area (Improvement Scheme).

The WAPC is inviting public comment on the application in accordance with the Improvement Scheme. 

Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the WAPC in writing on or before 12pm, 10 September 2019.

What Happens Next

The Commission intends to determine this application within 90 days from the date of lodgement.
