Peel Region Scheme Amendment 043/57 - Lot 600 Lakes Road, Nambeelup transfer to industrial zone

Overview

The Western Australian Planning Commission proposes to amend the Peel Region Scheme in relation to land at Lot 600 Lakes Road, Nambeelup and is seeking public comment.

The purpose of the amendment is to transfer approximately 120 hectares in Nambeelup from the Rural zone to the Industrial zone in the Peel Region Scheme.

The Western Australian Planning Commission hereby certifies that, in its opinion, the amendment does not constitute a substantial alteration to the Peel Region Scheme.
