Overview
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) WAPC is seeking public comment on three proposals to amend the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) for land in the City of Swan:
- Lot 33 Padbury Avenue, Millendon - to transfer 6.50hectares and a portion of the Padbury Avenue road reserve from Parks and Recreation to the Rural zone.
- Lot 102 Harrow Street, West Swan - to transfer 3.29 hectares from Public Purposes - Commonwealth Government reservation to the Rural zone.
- Riverbank Detention Centre, Caversham - to transfer 0.19 hectares from Parks and Recreation to the Rural zone.
