Metropolitan Region Scheme Minor amendment 1368/57 – Wandi High School Site

Overview

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on a proposal to amend the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) for land in the local government of Kwinana.

The amendment seeks to rezone approximately 9.93 ha of land in Wandi from the Urban zone to the Public Purposes - High School reservation under the MRS.  The amendment will facilitate the planning and development of a future high school on the subject land

The Western Australian Planning Commission certifies that, in its opinion, the proposed amendment does not constitute a substantial alteration to the MRS.
