Overview

The application seeks extension of trading hours of existing development of Swan Settlers Market on Lot 43 (No. 124) Lennard Street, Herne Hill.
 

The proposal seeks approval of extension of trading hours from current 9:00 am commencement to 8:00 am commencement on Saturday and Sunday and adjoining public holidays. The proposal also seeks approval of an additional day of trading each week Friday from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The existing use of 'market' is an 'A' use in Swan Valley Rural zone under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1 (Scheme), requiring the proposal to be advertised in accordance with Clause 60 of the Scheme.
