Overview
This development proposes the addition of an outbuilding (shed) to an existing single house and a swimming pool with a fence at Lot 35 (#124) Swan Road, Middle Swan. The application proposes a variation to side setbacks of 2.5m and 7m, and rear setback of 1.5m instead of 15m as per the provisions under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No.1 for the Swan Valley Rural Zone.
