The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has received an application to develop Lot 35 (No.26) and Lot 36 (No. 2) Seymour Avenue in the Shenton Park Hospital Redevelopment Scheme. 

The proposal for Lot 35 comprises a Residential Building with 72 Multiple Dwellings (apartments).

The proposal for Lot 36 comprises a Mixed Use Building with 226 Multiple Dwellings (apartments) plus a café and shop.

The WAPC is inviting public comment on the application in accordance with the Improvement Scheme.
