The application proposes the addition of toilets, 84 car bays, three bus parking bays, internal access roads, a leach drain, two 12 metre sea containers with an 8m dome roof to be used as a workshop and one 6m sea container to be used as storage. Sea containers are proposed to be screened with garden beds of botanical plants and herbs to support existing land uses. The application also seeks to increase capacity from 200 to 530 persons.
