Development Application – High Support Accommodation Facility at Lot 46 (No.33) Guttmann Approach, Shenton Park

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has received an application to develop Lot 46 (No.33) on Guttmann Approach in the Shenton Park Hospital Redevelopment Improvement Scheme (Improvement Scheme). 

The application proposes a High Support Accommodation Facility with 20 units.

Why your views matter

The land for the development application is located in the Shenton Park Hospital Redevelopment Improvement Scheme area.

The WAPC is inviting public comment on the application in accordance with the Improvement Scheme. 

Clause 58 of the Improvement Scheme sets out the matters the WAPC will consider in determining the application.

Comments can be submitted to the WAPC in writing on or before 5.00pm, November 24 2022.
