Overview

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on a proposal to amend the Greater Bunbury Region Scheme (GBRS) in the City of Bunbury.

The changes propose to rezone Lots 4354 and 4440 Bussell Highway, Carey Park, Bunbury from Private Recreation to Urban; and part of the Bussell Highway road reserve from Other Regional Roads to Urban, to facilitate future commercial developments.
