The application seeks planning approval for the construction of a front fence at Lot 6, (No. 723) Great Northern Highway, Herne Hill which proposes the following works:
Consultation with affected adjoining landowners is required as the proposal seeks to vary the draft Swan Valley fencing and walls policy which states that fencing on land that is zoned Priority Agriculture under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1 shall consist of visually permeable fencing open-style fencing constructed from post and wire and post and rail materials up to a maximum height of 1.8 metres.
