Ashburton North Strategic Industrial Area Improvement Scheme No. 1 - Amendment 1

Overview

The Western Australian Planning Commission is seeking public comment on a proposal to amend the Ashburton North Strategic Industrial Area Improvement Scheme No. 1 (IS1).

The amendment proposes to modify IS1 to create an additional use over the southern portion of the Strategic Industry zone and rezone land to the General Industry and Strategic Industry zones, in addition to other minor modifications.
