The Heritage Council of Western Australia is considering whether to recommend that the Minister for Heritage should include Peel Town Archaeological Sites in the State Register for Heritage Places.
Inclusion in the Register enables the conservation, continuing use, development and adaptive re-use of places with recognised cultural heritage significance, in ways that promote and maintain their place in Western Australia’s history.
