The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) plan numbers 1.7755, 1.7756/1, 1.7757, 1.7758, 1.7759, 1.7760 and is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.

Overview
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on a proposal to amend the Metropolitan Region Scheme for land in the local governments of Armadale, Cockburn, Gosnells, Kwinana, Rockingham and Serpentine-Jarrahdale.
The purpose of the amendment is to update various zones and reservations in the South East and South West districts of the Perth Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS).
Proposals within the amendment include; small scale amendments to the region scheme, the rationalisation of zones and reservations to match cadastral boundaries, updates to reflect infrastructure or buildings as constructed, and other general updates to ensure the MRS is kept up-to-date as the statutory regional plan for Perth. The amendment contains 22 separate proposals.
